Recognizing Our Members
We are delighted to inform you that AKC titled dogs in Conformation or Performance, including but not limited to Obedience, Rally, Agility, Herding, Tracking, Scent Work, or any other AKC-recognized events achieved this year and titles achieved during October through December of previous year are eligible to submit a form to receive a recognition plaque.
The plaque will be presented during the Club’s Holiday Party in December, as a testament to the hard work and dedication exhibited by both owners and dogs alike.
Please submit the form provided below to receive this recognition, and we wish you and your furry companions all the best in future endeavors.
This form must be received no later than October 25, 2024, for the plaques to be delivered in a timely manner and available for presentation at our Club Holiday Party.
The titles listed below will be awarded a large plaque (9″x7″).**

Members who do not meet this criteria will be required to pay an invoice prior to placing their order for the plaque.
