Membership Levels
Why Become A Member?
Becoming a member of our club provides a valuable opportunity to expand your knowledge and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for Shelties.
Our gatherings are a platform for education and learning, where you have the chance to gain insights from a variety of viewpoints and experiences. Through active participation in our club, you can enhance your understanding of Shelties and contribute to our collective objectives.
We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and share their knowledge to join us.
Prospective Members:
Applicants MUST attend three meetings in a calendar year before submitting a membership application and MUST be sponsored by two current Club members in good-standing.
Ready to Join the Club?
- Complete the Membership Proposal Application.
- Confirm Sponsors for Membership Proposal.
- Sign and press Submit
- Complete dues payment.
We highly encourage prospective members to utilize the online form for a faster and more efficient service, without having to use traditional mail.
Prospective Members and Guests are welcome at all of our Club Events.
Volunteering at a Club Event is a great way to meet other members and gain valuable knowledge while helping the Club.
To volunteer at a Club Event, please refer to Club Officers and Committees to contact the appropriate Event Chairperson.

Membership Levels Explained
Individual - $25
Available to individuals over the age of 18 years
Must attend at least three regular meetings within the previous 12-month period to be eligible to vote or hold an Officer role
Junior - $20
Available to individuals under 18 years
No requirement to attend regular meetings
Not eligible to vote
Not eligible to hold an Officer role
Lifetime - $0
Member-level appointed by the Club Board
An active member of the Club for at least 25 years
Must attend at least three regular meetings within previous 12-month period
Eligible to vote
Eligible to hold an Officer role
All memberships renew annually on June 1st.
Family/Household -$40
Available to families, including two adults and children under 18 years living at home in the same household.
Each adult member must attend at least three regular meetings within the previous 12-month period to be eligible to vote or hold an Officer role
Member-level may cast one vote per adult family member.
Honorary - $0
Member-level appointed by the Club Board
A lifetime member of the Club
No requirement to attend regular meetings
Not eligible to vote
Not eligible to hold an Officer role
